How to find your Airbnb calendar link (iCal export)
Every Airbnb listing has a calendar link you can copy in about two minutes. It is the starting point for sharing your bookings with your cleaner.

Copy your Airbnb calendar link
You do this inside Airbnb. Sign in to your host account on a computer, then for each listing:
- 1In Airbnb, open Calendar and select the listing.
- 2Choose Availability.
- 3Under Connect calendars, select Connect to another website.
- 4Copy the Airbnb calendar link. It starts with
https://www.airbnb.com/calendar/ical/.
Airbnb calls this exporting your calendar. Other apps call it an iCal link or an .ics link. They all mean the same thing.
Keep it private
Treat the link like a password. Anyone who has it can see your booked and blocked dates. Paste it only into tools you trust, and share a page built from it rather than the link itself.
What to do with it
- Share it with your cleaner through Google Calendar or a cleaner-friendly link. Compare all five ways.
- On Vrbo or Booking.com too? They have the same kind of link. Here is where to find them.
Common questions
- Where is the iCal link in Airbnb?
- Sign in to Airbnb on a computer, open Calendar, pick the listing, choose Availability, then under Connect calendars select Connect to another website. The Airbnb calendar link is shown there, ready to copy.
- Can I find it in the Airbnb app?
- Airbnb's own instructions are for a computer, and that is the easiest place to copy a long link. If you only have a phone, open airbnb.com in your phone's browser and follow the same steps.
- Do I need a separate link for each listing?
- Yes. Every listing has its own calendar link. Repeat the steps for each one.
- What does the Airbnb calendar link show?
- Booked and blocked dates. Reservations show as Reserved, with a link to the reservation and the last 4 digits of the guest's phone number. Guest names have not been included since 2019.
- Can my cleaner just open the link?
- Not really. On a phone it downloads a file or shows plain code. The link has to go into a calendar app or a cleaner link tool, which reads it and shows the dates.
- How often does it update?
- The link is live, but whatever reads it checks on its own schedule. Google Calendar checks roughly every 12 to 24 hours. SheetDay checks every hour. Airbnb itself checks calendars you import every 3 hours.
