What it costs, compared

Most turnover and housekeeping platforms charge per property, per month.

SheetDay charges one flat price for up to 3 properties, and a second flat price above that. Adding a property does not change your bill.

Some platforms are free for one property, or free if you use cleaners from their marketplace. If that is you, take it. We are not going to argue with free.

What SheetDay will not do

There are many things that add complexity, too much, we think.

Finding you a cleaner
Paying your cleaner or handling invoices
Messaging and chat
Photo checklists and inspections
Maintenance and work orders
Guest messaging and guidebooks

If you need those, buy a full operations platform. It will always do more than we do. If you have a cleaner and simply need them to know their cleaning dates, that is this.
