Getting started

What does SheetDay actually do?
It reads the calendar your booking platform already publishes and turns it into one plain cleaning schedule page, which your cleaner opens on their phone. That is the whole product.
How do I make an Airbnb cleaning calendar for my cleaner?
Copy the calendar export link Airbnb publishes for your listing and paste it into SheetDay. You get one page with a calendar and cleaning dates, and you send your cleaner that one link. It stays current on its own. SheetDay is independent and not affiliated with Airbnb, Inc.
Which platforms work?
Anything that gives you an iCal link: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Lodgify, Hostaway, Guesty, Smoobu and most channel managers. If your platform has a “export calendar” or “sync calendar” option, that is the link you need.
Where do I find that link?
On Airbnb it sits in the listing’s availability settings, called “Export calendar”. On other platforms look for iCal, calendar sync or calendar export. Paste the whole address. It usually ends in .ics.
How long does setup take?
About two minutes for one property, and there is nothing to install.

The cleaner side

Does my cleaner need an account?
No. No app, no password, no sign-up. They open a link and see the dates. That is deliberate. The moment a tool asks a cleaner to register, that’s where the struggles start.
What exactly can they see?
Arrival and departure dates, how long the stay was, which property it belongs to, and whether new guests arrive the same day. They cannot see guest names, contact details, prices, or anything about your account.
Is it safe to text the link?
Yes, that is how it is meant to travel. The address is long and random, so nobody can guess it. While anyone can see availability on booking sites, treat the link like a house key. Give it only to people who need it, and replace it when someone stops working for you.
Can I stop an old link from working?
Yes. Create a new one from your Cleaner link page and the old address stops working.
Does the page work in Spanish?
Yes. You choose English or Spanish for your cleaner’s page. If you choose Spanish, your cleaner can switch to English with one tap.

How current it is

How often does it update?
SheetDay reads your calendar every hour. Booking platforms publish on their own schedule, so a change made on Airbnb can take a while to show up anywhere, here included.
What if a booking is missing?
It is nearly always the calendar rather than SheetDay. Open your property page and refresh it, then check the same dates on your booking platform. If they still disagree after a few hours, write to us.
Can I block dates myself?
Block them on your booking platform. They come through as an owner block, and your cleaner simply sees the place as occupied.

Plans and payment

What does it cost?
The first seven days are free and we do not ask for a card. After that, up to 3 properties is $14.90 a month, and larger portfolios are $29.90 a month. The pricing page has the detail.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page, in a few clicks. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
Does my cleaner pay?
No. Never.

Your data

What do you store?
Your email address, your property names, the calendar addresses you paste, and the booking dates read from them. No guest names, no contact details, no prices. The privacy policy lists all of it.
Do you sell any of it?
No. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on the cleaner page either.
Can I delete everything?
Yes, yourself, from your account page. It removes your properties, calendars and links, and it cannot be undone.
